Practice and conditions are not the same offer
In the programmes we hold, "mindfulness" describes two quite different things. Sometimes it is a scheduled, led session of a stated length. Sometimes it is an environment — no screens, no noise, unstructured time — described in language that suggests a practice.
Both are legitimate, and one is considerably cheaper to provide than the other. They should not read as the same purchase, and the word alone will not separate them.
What separates them
- Is a session scheduled, with a time and a length?
- Is it led, and by someone with a stated qualification?
- Is it group or one-to-one?
- If the offer is quiet, is quiet enforced or merely likely?
