A word with too much to carry
Wellness is used to describe a hotel floor, a week-long programme, a state of mind, a market sector and a personal habit. Most of the confusion in this category comes from that single overload: two people can agree completely that something is "wellness" and disagree entirely about what they have agreed to.
It is worth separating three things that usually travel together. There is the long human practice of bathing, resting, moving and eating deliberately — older than any industry. There is the commercial category that packages those practices and sells them by the night. And there is the private meaning a person brings, which no provider can see and no comparison can capture.
What this site can and cannot tell you
Cartemont works entirely in the middle layer. We record what a programme contains, who supervises it, what the price covers and what we checked. That is a factual question with factual answers.
Whether a week will suit you is not that kind of question, and we do not pretend it is. No programme record here is a recommendation, and nothing on this site assesses a person.
